Itinerary

Day 1 :
23/08/2024 Trivandrum To Rameswaram (390km/8hrs)

Pick up from the pickup point.
Road travel to Rameswaram(Overnight) starts at 8:00pm by Bus.
Expected travel time is 8 hours without breaks in between.
Reach Rameswaram early morning, next day.

Day 2 :
24/08/2024 Rameswaram To Trichy (235km/4hrs)

Ample arrangements for Fresh up and Breakfast at Rameswaram.
Visit Rameswaram Temple (temple visit by third party non A/c minibus - due to big bus travel restrictions in
the local area)
Visit Dhanush Kodi (famous for Ramasethu & Light House).
(Afternoon) Road travel to Trichy
(Evening) Visit Sri Ranganatha Swami Temple visit
Overnight stay at Trichy.

Day 3 :
25/08/2024 Trichy To Kanchipuram (285km/5hrs)

Pick up from Hotel/accommodation.
Road travel to Kanchipuram
Enroute visit
1. Thanjavur -Brihadeeswara Temple (Rajarajesvaram) dedicated to Lord Shiva, is over 1,000 years old,
built in a Chola architectural style located on the south bank of the Cauvery river in Thanjavur.
2. Kumbakonam Kasi Vishwanatha Temple (Travel time 2hrs) dedicated to Brahma and the largest
Vaishnava shrine featuring a twelve-storey tower built by Nayak kings in the 15th century.
3. The Chidambaram Thillai Natarajah Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva (as the cosmic dancer Natarajah),
is known for its intricate architecture and representation as one of the Pancha Bhoota Sthalams.
Overnight stay at Kanchipuram.

Day 4 :
26/08/2024 Kanchipuram To Tirupathi (108km/2hrs)

Pick Up from Hotel/Accommodation. (by third party non A/c minibus - due to big bus travel restrictions in
the local area)
Road travel to Thirupathy
Enroute visit,
1. (Morning) Visit to Kanchipuram Kamakshi Amman Templev- built by the Cholas in the 14th century,
dedicated to the goddess Kamakshi, a shrine for lord Vishnu and serving as the center for the Kanchi
Kamakoti Peetham.
Travel to Tirupathi and reach by Afternoon
10.00 PM Tirupathy Darshan ticket issue by each traveler by presenting his Aadhar card (mandatory rule by
the temple) at Thirupathy temple office. (Payment done by XPLORA GETAWAYS)
Overnight stay at Tirupathi.

Day 5 :
27/08/2024 Tirupathi Dharshan

Pick up from the Hotel/Accommodation (by third party non A/c minibus - due to big bus travel restrictions in
the local area)
Sri Venkateshwara Swami temple Darshan - Located in the hills of Tirumala, dedicated to Venkateswara, (a
form of Vishnu believed to have appeared to save mankind from the trials of Kali Yuga).
1. Padmavathi Temple - Padmavathi Temple in Tirupati is a revered Hindu shrine dedicated to Goddess
Padmavathi, showcasing intricate architecture and vibrant rituals.
2. Govinda Raja swamy Temple - Govinda Raja Swamy Temple in Tirupati is an ancient Hindu temple
dedicated to Lord Vishnu, renowned for its stunning architecture.
3. Iskon Temple - ISKCON Temple in Tirupati is a vibrant, spiritually uplifting center dedicated to Lord
Krishna, known for its serene atmosphere and devotional practices.
4. Kapilitheertham - Kapilitheertham is a sacred waterfall temple near Tirupati, dedicated to Sage Kapila,
renowned for its spiritual significance and scenic beauty.
Darshan will only be possible by allotted time.

Day 6 :
28/08/2024 Tirupathi To Trivandrum

Pick Up from Hotel/Accommodation.
Road Travel to Thiruvananthapuram - (890km/15hr 36min)
Enroute Visit
1. (Morning) Sri Kalahasthi (40km/1hr) Dedicated to Lord Shiva and linked to the Vayu element in the
Pancha Bhoota Sthalams, built around 5th century and is renowned for its artistic architecture, powerful
Vayu Linga, and relief from planetary doshas.
Overnight travel by Bus to Trivandrum and expected to reach Trivandrum by next day early morning.
